ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited announces a lending rate increase of Vz% p.a. for first mortgage housing loans that are subject to principal and interest repayments. Interest rates on loans that are subject to review at the Bank's option will increase on December Bth, 1986. Borrowers with loans that are subject to other review arrangements will be individually notified of the effective date of the increase by their Branch Manager.
