Rewarding season at Harewood
The Harewood Golf Club has had a year to remember in 1986. Golfers frwn the club in the north-west comer of the city have won three of the five inter-club competitions, and finished runner-up in the premier inter-club event the Woodward Cup. Harewood teams won the Blank Cup, the Simon Cup and the Canterbury junior inter-club title, and its president's grade team was third.
in addition Harewood had two members of its Woodward Cup team — Mark Street and Kerry Lake— in the Canterbury team which finished third tat the Government Life inter-provincial tournament at the Hokowhitu course at TWlamm"MHm No£h earlier this mcujth.
