Harbour bridge repairs
PA Auckland Two northbound lanes on the Auckland Harbour bridge are due to close next month and could be off-limits to traffic for up to five weeks. The two northbound clip-on lanes need resealing and the five-week job is due to start on Boxing Day, according to the
Ministry of Works and Development. Work to weld cracks on the two sets of clip-on lanes is proceeding. The repairs on the northbound clip-on lanes should be finished by the end of the year. Work on the southbound extension lanes should be completed by August next year.
