University degrees
The following degrees were conferred by the Chancellor of the University of Canterbury, Mr Charles Caldwell, at a University Council meeting recently. Master of forestry science, with distinction: Peter Bernard Lavery. Master ’of science: Philip John Stevens, in microbiology. Bachelor of science with first-class honours: Craig Andrew Blockley, in physics.
