most people get dressed in their finery. The bestdressed woman on the course, on the day, will be selected, and Quinns Fashions, Ltd, have pro-

vided a prize for the winner.

The winner will receive a silver tray and if she is wearing a Quinns garment, a bonus prize of a wardrobe worth $2OOO will be awarded. The judge will be Peter Nola, from Peppertree Fashions, Auckland.

Display by N.Z. Police Band and by N.Z. Police Immediately prior to the running of the Toyota New Zealand Cup there will be a display by the N.Z. Police and. the N.Z. Police Band. Cup Day Atmosphere The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club encourages its sponsors and other businesses to add to he atmosphere of Cup Day by hosting their guests within a tent at Addington raceway for the day. This Cup day the grassed area to the rear of the lawn totalisator will be filled nearly to capacity with tents.

Toyota (N.Z.), Limited, will occupy a platform at the top of the straight. This has been specially constructed to accommodate a tent. This is a new

facility which incorporates kitchen, totalisator and toilet facilities. It will allow the guests to experience the action on the track at close range as a balcony area allows them to stand almost over the edge of the track.
