Schoolgirls’ cycle tour
PA Oamaru About 70 Waitaki Girls’ High School pupils will go on a cycling tour throughout New Zealand in January to publicise the school’s centenary next year.
The centenary is planned for Labour Day week-end next year and the pupils will distribute posters to post offices while on tour.
They will also be raisingmoney for the school’s centennial project — the Waitaki recreation centre.
