S.P.C.S. elects new president
PA Wellington Mr Joe Aspell, a Wellington City councillor for the last 12 years, was elected the new president of the Society for the Promotion of Community Standards at the society’s annual meeting in Wellington. Mr Aspell succeeds the former mayor of Lower Hutt, Sir John KennedyGood, who has moved to Coromandel.
