Brierley will give $1.5M to sport
PA Wellington Brierley Investments will contribute $1.5 million over the next five years towards a push by the New Zealand Sports Foundation to retain and improve New Zealand’s international sporting competitiveness. The move — believed to be New Zealand’s single biggest private enterprise sponsorship of sport — was announced by the Minister of Sport and Recreation, Mr Moore, at a Sports Foundation dinner in Auckland last evening.
