A new position of Manager Investments Administration has been established to control the administration of substantial negotiable securities. As a member of the organisation’s senior management committees the Manager will contribute to the planning and achievement of corporate business strategies. The job is based in Wellington Head Office. Specific responsibilities will include direction of a team of specialist support staff, implementation and ongoing management of a computerised investment system, provision of management advice to dealer functions and preparation of Board reports. Suitable candidates, aged 30-45, will have:- • previous investments administration experience at senior level • a tertiary qualification with relevant majors • familiarity with computer packages and specifications • sound staff management and communication skills • energy, initiative and a strong results orientation, backed by a thorough and systematic approach.
