KAIKOURA COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF RESTRICTED FIRE SEASON PURSUANT to the provision of Section 22 (2) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act, 1977, a Restricted Fire Season Is hereby declared throughout the HUI and High Country Areas of the Kalkoura County Council. This, restricted Fire Season exists from October 20, 1986 to November 1, 1987 and during this time the lighting of fires in the above part of he county is prohibited except pursuant to a permit. The permit issuing authority shall be the Marlborough Catchment Board under delegation from the Kalkoura County Council. Permits may be obtained from Mr A. F.
