New IEP holdings
PA Wellington Industrial Equity (Pacific), Ltd, the Hong Kongbased arm of the Brierley group, said that as a result of recent purchases its international holdings now include: • 20.1 per cent of Everest and Jennings .International, a Californian company listed on the American Stock Exchange. • 6.3 per cent of Union Special Corp, an unlisted Delaware company. • 9.24 per cent of Handachy Industries Inc., also an unlisted Delaware company. • 24.1 per cent of Molins pic, a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
