S.I. snow report
The following ski-field conditions have been reported to the Christchurch Snow Centre:— Amur!.— 120 cm base; last fall Bcm September 8; spring snow conditions; all facilities operating; carry chains. Coronet Peak.— 85cm base; all facilities operating; carry chains. Craigieburn.— All facilities operating. Mt Hutt— base 275 cm; last fall 23cm September 8; packed powder snow, all facilities operating; chains required. Porter Heights.— All facilities operating.
Remarkables.— 120 cm base; last fall September 7; all facilities operating; carry chains. Tasman Glacier.— Ski planes operating subject to weather. Tekapo,— Base 300 cm; last fall 10cm September 8; packed powder snow. Temple Basin.— All facilities operating. Treble Cone.— 130 cm base; last fall September 8; all facilities operating. Mount Olympus.— Base 150 cm; last fall September 7; spring snow conditions; all facilities operating; carry chains.
