Farm passed in
PA Dunedin A Taieri cropping and fattening unit was passed in for $235,000 at auction. The property is owned by Mr N. A. Johnston and is near Outram, just outside Mosgiel. The 76.3 ha property included a three-year-old, 3 bedroom house, woolshed, haybarn, workshop, silage bunkers and other sheds. Bidding opened at $lBO,OOO and closed at $235,000, when it was passed in after failing to reach the reserve price.
