Video launched
PA Wellington Employers should have a formal programme to care for the health and social problems of their workers, says the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council director, Mr Keith Evans.
The council yesterday launched a video, “Minding Your Business,” which shows employers’ reasons for introducing an employee assistance programme to help overcome personal problems with drugs, alcohol, money, stress or marriage.
