Lasercorp set up
Sir Robertson Stewart, the chairman of PDL Holdings, Ltd, said that the initial establishment of Lasercorp Investments, Ltd, the 50 per cent PDL owned public company, had been completed with the conclusion of the private placement The placement was taken up by some shareholders of PDL Holdings in conjunction with other persons and companies, and full participation by PDL Holdings shareholders would be in the public issue of shares. He expected that the prospectus for the public issue would be made available to sharebrokers within two months.
