Arahi dividend
Arahi Properties, Ltd, said its profit for the year ended July 31 was $691,095. This was after tax of $74,786. It included unrealised increases in property values of $859,313 and was after deducting unrealised exchange fluctuations of $243,004. Final dividend will be 1.5 c a share and there will be a l-for-25 bonus issue based on share and option holdings at July 31.
