Wenrich purchase
Wenrich Investments, Ltd, said it had reached agreement to purchase Acma Industries, Ltd, the Upper Hutt based manufacturer of polyurethane mouldings and rotational castings. Acma’s main products included arm rests, head rests and foam cushioning, as well as a number of furnishing and other non automotive products.
