Woman frightens off attacker
A Hornby woman frightened off a would-be attacker from her home yesterday morning. She woke about 5 a.m. to find the man standing by her bed. He held a hand over her mouth but she struggled and shouted
and he ran off. The police who answered the woman’s call found a stolen vehicle in the street.
They werfe yesterday looking for a male European.
