The Manager’s position has considerable scope for Initiative as responsibilities cover the profitable operation of the Hotel. Duties include hotel promotion and marketing, staff control and direction, stock control, finance, budgetary control, public relations. The hotel Industry is under considerable pressure during these current economic times and it will be primarily the Manager’s input and dedication that will bring the operation successfully through the difficult times.
