Bisley loss
PA Wellington A. M. Bisley and Company, Ltd, renamed Rainbow Properties, Ltd, has reported an after tax trading loss of $4,644,000 ($1,078,000 profit last year) for the year ended June 30. Turnover was $34,478,000 ($27,348,000) and loss before tax was
$4,682,000 ($1,372,680 profit). Extraordinary gains were $3,734,609 (nil) to reduce the total loss to $369,080. There is no final dividend. Rainbow announced last month it was forming Rainbow Properties through the purchase of listed shell company A. M. Bisley.
