Paid for Living, in the Super-State. High was your Hope, Ambition fired, Idleness tempted Or Greed inspired, “You’ll be a long Time Dead — or retired!” Never mind What You did for a Wage, Life only begins at Retirement Age — If it still concerns You At that Stage. Hooked, and landed — Who’ll call the Cat? Which Politician’s frying In his own Fat? Who’ll pick the Bones for us, After all That? * 1 1
