H. Berry board
The board of Henry Berry, Ltd, has changed as a result of the acquisition of most shares by Ceramco, Ltd. Messrs C. J. Keppel (chairman), R. M. Don, A. M. Hughes and A. C. Montgomery have resigned. The new board will consist of Messrs A. T. Gibbs (chairman), C. R. Bidwill and L. P. O. Evans. Mr Gibbs is chairman, Mr Bidwill managing director and Mr Evans group general manager of Ceramco. Mr W. A. Nichols has retired as managing director of Henry Berry and Mr J. L. Spencer has been appointed group general manager.
