Crash liability
NZPA-AP Louisville, Kentucky Arrow Air has conceded liability in a United States Federal court for a crash in Newfoundland that killed 248 American soldiers in December., Lawyers for plaintiffs in the case say the development could lead to a speedy resolution of the civil suit filed by relatives of the victims seeking unspecified damages.
