Arrest: author sues
PA Wellington The Porirua author, Mr Dun Mihaka, has filed a civil proceeding against the Attorney-General,
claiming oppressive use of police powers in arresting him at Hastings in February. The proceedings were
lodged in the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday. Under each of two causes of action $75,000 is claimed.
