Jed Town and Serum Fort (left) bring Fetus Productions’ latest audiovisual to Christchurch tomorrow and Saturday.
In the year since they last played here they have worked on a two set performance. First up “The Box,” a collection of films to music from the Luminous Trails LP and new material. During the 30 minutes set up eight images will be projected simultaneously. Then The Fetals finish with a “bracket of high energy trash and quiet acoustics.” Fetus Productions plan an overseas tour of Europe, and Japan, and more time in the studio. The Axmin will play support for the two dates at the Gladstone. ♦ ♦ * The Jean-Paul Sartre Experience return to the fold tonight with a special late licence (until 11 p.m.) “Broadway” evening at the Gladstone. The support band will be The Privetts, with Jay Clarkson and Michael Kime of The Expendables; and Paul Kean, Kaye Woodward, . and Malcolm Grant of The Bats.
