Forty balls of fine 2oz wool and four months knitting went into this award winning wedding dress by Mrs Myra Chapman, of Redwood. The dress was voted top of 400 wool promotion entries at the annual conference of the Federation of Country Women’s Institutes held in Wellington recently. Mrs Chapman holds her prize — the Eva Rennie Trophy. The dress is modelled by Mrs Christine Berryman, of Christchurch.
