OLIVIA SPENCER BOWER FOUNDATION ART AWARD The Foundation was set In 1982 by the Late Olivia Spencer Bower for the express purpose of assisting New Zealand artist. The Trustees of the Foundation have announced that the first Award will be made in 1987. The successful applicants will receive sufficient funds over a 12 month period to enable them to pursue their particular art form without the necessity to seek outside employment.
