Hurunui and Canterbury Maoris B drew, 26all, in an exciting rugby match at Denton Oval on Sunday. Hurunui was leading by 23-14 with only eight minutes to go, then the
Maoris broke through twice with 70m runs for tries. Hurunui tied thescore with a penalty goal right on time. In an under 18 match, Canterbury Maoris beat Hurunui by 38-0. .
