Wong sold for big amount
PA Levin
The very promising Levin galloper, Wong, has been sold for a substantial sum.
The three-year-old gelding by Rojipath out of Arctic Supreme (by Arctic Explorer) created a big impression when winning a maiden race by 10 lengths at the Levin Racing Club’s Ryder Stakes meeting last week. Raced by his breeder, Mr R. S. Donald, of Levin, Wong was trained by Brian Ainsley for a win and a second from three starts. Donald believes the sale agent was acting on behalf of Australian interests.
