Build-up of mail in Aranui
Mail is starting to build up at the Aranui Post Office as a strike by posties continues today for the fourth day. The 18 posties are on strike because the Post Office management is refusing to put on an extra postie to relieve what they say are some excessive workloads. The Post Office had indicated it may be prepared to reorganise some of the rounds to give a more even spread of work.
