Stevens’ stake
PA Wellington Stevens KMS Corporation, Ltd, has increased its holding in Northrop Instruments and Systems, Ltd, by 6.6 per cent to 25.8 per cent. Stevens told the Stock Exchange yesterday that the 780,000 ordinary shares were bought on and off market at prices ranging from 68c to 83c. Northrop traded yesterday at 68c. As part payment, Stevens made a private placement of 285,000 of its shares at 185 c to a major institution.
