In its quarterly cash report, New Zealand Petroleum said that it had given Amoco 30 per cent of a licence area in Southland for agreeing to complete 1000 kilometres of seismic lines in the area. At the end of the period, 1046.895 kilometres of seismic acquisition had been completed and seismic lines were being processed in Texas.
