Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager the Plant Engineer will be responsible for the overall co-ordination and management of project engineering (5 staff) and maintenance (29 staff), staff direction and performance, and planning. Applicants should be qualified to degree level in mechanical or electrical engineering and possess significant supervisory experience managing capital project and maintenance staff. A knowledge of planned maintenance systems would be advantageous. The ability to plan, organise, control and motivate staff is essential, along with strong communication skills. Preferred age range is 35-45 years. An excellent remuneration package including a company vehicle will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
