Attack made in error
NZPA-Reuter Kampala Ugandan soldiers had killed seven people in a mistaken attack on a Government ideology school they thought was a guerrilla encampment, the Defence Ministry said yesterday. The President, Mr Yoweri Museveni, whose troops have won a reputa-
tion for discipline and honesty, ordered the arrest of the commander of the attacking force from Bombo, near Kampala, and immediately set up a commission of enquiry. The Defence Ministry said the attack was an unfortunate incident, for which it blamed lack of co-ordination.
