BETTING
PA Wellington Bets with the T.A.B. on the Auckland Racing Club's meeting yesterday totalled $1,848,684, (win and place $821,582, quinellas $441,451, double $192,379, trifecta $235,439 and treble $157,833). The total was up $219,242 on last year’s figure. On-course bets amounting to $509,114 were down $112,974.
