(2) Riccarton Borough Council Office, 199 Clarence SStreet. Any person may make application for registration, or correction of registration details as a parliamentary elector on the form (which are available at the places of inspection) if (a) That person claims to possess the necessary qualifications as a parliamentary elector for the district but whose name does not appear on the electoral roll, or (b) Where person’s name, address, or occupation are incorrectly recorded on the roll.
