Amexbank stake
The American Express Bank, Amexbank, has bought a 40 per cent share in a staterun Philippine commercial bank. The International Corporate Bank, Interßank, the country’s seventh largest commercial bank in terms of net worth, said the stake was equivalent to SNZ3O million.
