The successful applicant will be expected to control the Operations, and through good staff communication and people leadership skills, manage the Branch to its full profit potential. The Unit, situated at Bromley, supplies Smith and Smith nationwide network of glass branches with all its mirror stocks, as well as supplying other customers New Zealand wide and exporting to Australia. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Controlling the day to day operations of the Plant. • Controlling the ordering of all componentry for the silvering process. • Maintaining liaison with major customers throughout New Zealand. • Managing all facets of the branch operation effectively to produce an acceptable return on assets.
