Dominion I Breweries OPERATIONS MANAGER TIMARU DB SOUTH ISLAND BREWERY LIMITED has asked that we assist in the appointment of a suitably experienced person to the role of Operations Manager. This modern brewery is responsible for production, distribution and trade quality services throughout the South Island. This newly created position reports to the Brewery Manager as an integral part of the senior management team. Responsibility for getting the finished product from the brewery to the customer's glass will include activities such as despatch, transportation, storage, dispensing systems, product quality and monitoring customer satisfaction. The position manages a team of experienced supervisors covering the field activities, and has significant capital and operations budgets. Applicants will have extensive line management experience in an organisation with a strong customer service orientation. A knowledge of distribution logistics combined with man management expertise is essential. A substantial salary package including company vehicle will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
