Stereo FM changes
PA Wellington Growthlink Holdings, Ltd, has acquired 250,000 shares of listed company Stereo FM, Ltd, representing 18.9 per cent of the issued. capital. In a statement to the Stock Exchange yesterday, Stereo FM also announced that Mr Allan Rutledge has resigned as a director, and Ms Patricia Richards, of Drummoyne, New South Wales, has been appointed to the board. Mr Alan Sorrell told the company he would be retiring at the company’s annual meeting.
