Well depths
The Hohonu-1 oil well in Westland was at a depth of 597 metres at 8 a.m. yesterday, New Zealand Oil and Gas said. The Te Ranga-1 well, 30km southwest of Kawhia Harbour, was at a depth of 3202 metres. Preparations were being made to drill ahead In a 6-inch hole.
