Brazilian predicts party
NZPA-Reuter Guadalajara Morocco’s Brazilian coach, Jose Faria, said after his team’s stunning feat yesterday in finishing top of group F in the World Cup finals: "Now everything is going to be a party.” “Morocco coming first in a group with Poland, England and Portugal is something worth entering in the history of world football,” he added. Mr Faria said that the England manager, Bobby
Robson, had said before the tournament ‘he had us in his pocket.” “But I told him that although England was stronger, it would find temperatures of 35 degrees here, and that he would have to remove his jacket and would not be able to find his pocket,” Faria said. The Portuguese coach, Jose Torres, congratulated Morocco. "Morocco is the sensation of this World Cup just like we were in 1966,” he said.
