PA Wellington The imposition of ‘.‘critical manning” to stem the exit of Royal New Zealand Air Force aircrew has worked, an Air Force spokesman says. Air Force statistics show that since the imposition of the regime last year, the rate of resignations has slowed from 1 4.076 a month to 2.7 a month. worked. Critical manning regulations were applied to crucial areas — pilots, navigators, air electronics officers and air electronics operators. Squadron Leader Wiklund said nothing had been “left to lie” since critical manning was introduced last year to stem the tide of resignations.
