Allegra purchase
Allegra Park Stud, Ltd, has purchased a group of companies engaged in investment banking and property, the chairman, Mr Doug Walker, said yesterday. The purchase, which is subject to shareholders’ approval, will be satisfied by an issue of Allegra shares, he said in a statement which did not name the company being bought. But he said it manages 22 companies and partnerships with assets of about $2O million.
