PA Tauranga A man charged with falsifying wages accounts at a women’s prison has been further remanded without plea till May 6. The man, aged 32, now a motelier, appeared in the District Court at Tauranga this week. The police alleged he falsified the accounts at Arohata Women’s Prison, Tawa, between November 11, 1980, and February 5 this year. Judge Wilson continued interim suppression of name and bail of $2OOO with a $2OOO surety.
