Suppression lifted
PA Auckland Suppression of the name of a Papakura man charged with the murder of Arthur Easton on October 13 has been lifted. The accused, Alan Russell Hall, aged 24, a process worker, made a second appearance in the District Court at Papakura this week. Judge Richardson extended an interim order suppressing the defendant’s name until 6 p.m. Hall was remanded in custody to April 16. A depositions hearing was set for June 23.
