Four Seasons
Four Seasons, Ltd, the hotel and resort arm of Industrial Equity, Ltd’s Hobart-based Cascade Brewery Company, Ltd, has won a contract to manage a planned sAust37M floating hotel on the Great Barrier Reef. lEL is New Zealand-based Brierley Investments, Ltd’s Australian offshoot. In a statement, Four Seasons said the floating hotel was being developed by Reef Link Resorts Pty, Ltd, and the project underwritten by Macquarie Bank.
