PA Wellington Bets with the T.A.B. on the Nelson Jockey Club meeting yeterday totalled $1,537,915 (win and place $689,354, doubles $156,866, quinellas $375,012, trebles $118,684, trifectas $197,999). This was an increase of $442,659 on last year’s figure. On-course bets amounting to $165,760 were down $21,731.
