PA , , Auckland ; An Auckland city councillor, Mr Trevor Rogers, says ihe will seek the ,i National Party’s nomina- i tion for the Pakuranga electorate. Mr Rogers, aged 44, a
company director, said that after nine years on the cbuncil and three years on the Auckland Regional Authority he felt he had. served his apprenticeship for national politics. ! .
Others seeking the nomination are Auckland lawyer and National Party official Mr Kenneth Yee, and a journalist and public relations manager, Mr Graeme Hunt.
Pakuranga is held by Mr Nell Morrison, a Democrat.
