Our Mana appeals to be heard
The appeals against the disqualification of Our Mana from the Auckland Cup on February 8 and a 15-day suspension imposed on his driver, Colin de Filippi, will be heard in Christchurch on Thursday, March 13. Our Mana finished fifth, but was disqualified from the race for causing interference to Placid Victor with about 200 m to run. _
A charge of careless driving against de Filippi was sustained and he was suspended until after February 23. ______
